This next picture gives you an idea of what it looks like entering a lock. Note that the photo is taken from the STERN of the boat which is 69 feet from the bow, so what is happening there is a long way a way!

ReplyDeleteWhat I am getting from the pictures is that the bow is a long way from the stern, it is easy to get distracted looking into other peoples gardens, and sometimes you collide with and sink other boats?
